A : T-Stroke® Has a One (1) Year Warranty
Arc Golf Concepts Limited (“Arc”) represents excellent engineering, quality and workmanship and is designed to provide the user with outstanding performance, value and durability. The “life” of T-Stroke® will vary according to the playing habits of the individual user. Arc warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials at the point of sale.
Subject to this product being used in accordance with its instructions for use, the product shall continue to be free from defects, for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If T-Stroke® is returned with proper proof of purchase and is found to be defective, Arc will at its sole discretion, provide repair or replacement of either a part or whole of the product or issue a full refund. If the product is no longer manufactured or is out of stock at or after the time Arc learns of the warranty claim, Arc may, at its sole election, issue a full refund.
This warranty does not apply to T-Stroke® damage caused by:
c. Unauthorized repairs
d. Normal wear
The liability of Arc under any implied warranty shall be limited to the one (1) year period immediately following the purchase of the original product and the liability of Arc under this warranty shall be limited exclusively to the repair or replacement of a item as provided herein. Arc shall in no event be liable for any incidental or consequential damage which may arise from the use of this product. This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives you specific legal rights in addition to the ones afforded you by the United Kingdom. This warranty is not intended to operate to limit such legal rights.
Warranty Return Instructions
To make a warranty claim you must first contact Arc by email to email@example.com stating your name, full postal address, contact telephone number, the name of the product and its serial number, date and place of purchase and a description of the problem you are experiencing.
If instructed the warranted product should be returned to the authorized dealer where the product was purchased or otherwise directly to Arc Golf Concepts Limited at the address provided. All returns and exchanges must include both parts of T-Stroke® (the bar and the stem) the product box, but may exclude all accessories. All products should be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, FedEx, or DHL or similar postal service so that the product can be traced. Include your return address, and a photocopy of the sales receipt as originals will not be returned.
Arc shall not be responsible for lost or damaged products during shipment. Arc will inspect the returned product and take the appropriate action with 10-15 business days of receipt of the product. Arc will pay to ship anything back to you.
